Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

Archline Labs LLC operates software products, including Ramp4x4. This page is the privacy hub for Archline Labs LLC and covers the archlinelabs.com website. Where a product has its own privacy policy, that product-specific policy controls for that product.

Product privacy policies

This website

This website uses PostHog to measure traffic, understand which pages and product-preview features are useful, and measure visits to the App Store. Before you choose, no analytics events are sent. If you accept analytics, PostHog stores a first-party identifier in a cookie and browser storage so we can connect visits and actions across sessions. Accepted visits may also contribute to heatmaps and privacy-masked session replay so we can find navigation and preview usability problems. If you decline, the PostHog script is not loaded and no analytics events are sent, so declined visits are never recorded.

Analytics can include pages viewed, referral and campaign information, device and browser details, preview interactions, App Store button clicks, click and scroll positions, and an approximate city, region, or country derived from the network (IP) address used to deliver the request. In session recordings, form inputs and page text are masked, canvas and cross-origin frames are not captured, request and response bodies are removed, and URL query strings are stripped from recorded page addresses and event URLs. We do not send health, workout, heart-rate, precise GPS, or route data from the website to PostHog. PostHog acts as our analytics processor and processes this data on servers in the United States.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure website visits after you accept analytics. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visits and receives page paths, referral information, and device and browser information. The Google tag stays disabled before acceptance and after you decline. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization, and Google Signals are disabled. We remove URL query strings and fragments from the page address and referrer supplied to Google Analytics. Changing your choice to Decline disables Google Analytics and removes its website cookies. Google may process analytics data on servers outside your country. See Google's Privacy Policy.

If you have accepted analytics and choose an App Store link on archlinelabs.com or rampworkout.com, the link may first pass through Tenjin so we can measure which Archline Labs page or campaign led to an app install and subscription. Tenjin may receive the campaign, destination, basic device or browser context, and network information needed to deliver and attribute the click before redirecting you to Apple. We do not send health, workout, heart-rate, precise GPS, or route data to Tenjin. Before you choose and after you decline, App Store links go directly to Apple. The Ramp4x4 policy explains how app installs are attributed and measured for our ad campaigns.

We do not sell personal information, show ads on this website, or use this data for ad targeting.

Your choices and browser privacy signals

You can accept, decline, or change your choice at any time using the Privacy choices control displayed on this website. We store that choice in browser storage so we can remember it; this consent record is not used as an analytics identifier.

We treat a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal from your browser as a decline and an opt-out: PostHog and Google Analytics do not load, no session is recorded, and App Store links go directly to Apple, even if you accepted earlier. To change this, turn off the signal in your browser.

Controller and legal basis

Archline Labs LLC is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Where the EEA or UK GDPR applies, website analytics, session replay, and App Store link attribution are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with Privacy choices. Replying to messages you send us is based on our legitimate interest in answering you, or on steps you ask us to take.

Retention

Our retention target for raw PostHog analytics events is 13 months, after which we keep only aggregated reports. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property, and Tenjin click data for as long as Tenjin needs it to provide attribution to us. Messages you send us are kept as long as reasonably necessary to answer and document them. Your consent choice stays in your browser until you clear site data.

International transfers

PostHog, Google, and Tenjin may process website data in the United States and other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on each vendor’s Standard Contractual Clauses or its EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification (and UK and Swiss extensions) where the vendor participates.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, such as the authority where you live or work. Because declined visits are not recorded and accepted visits use a pseudonymous identifier, we may ask for details that help us find your records.

California residents

After you accept analytics, this website collects identifiers (the analytics cookie and browser-storage IDs), internet activity (pages viewed, clicks, and replay of accepted visits), and approximate location derived from your IP address. We collect them from your browser and use them to measure and improve the website and our marketing. We do not sell personal information. Website data is not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising; the Ramp4x4 policy describes app events shared with Google Ads to measure our ad campaigns and how to opt out. We honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out. You have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Send requests to the address below; you may use an authorized agent, and we may ask the agent for your signed permission and ask you to verify your identity.
